You can access Workday on your Mobile device.

1. Download Workday App from Play Store or Apple Store.
   • a. If your Phone is incompatible, please use a regular Internet Browser like Microsoft Edge.
2. Download Microsoft Edge.
3. Download Microsoft Authenticator.
4. Open the Workday App:
   1. Click on Login.
   2. In the Organization ID type: OneTP.
   3. Click on the Blue Button.
   4. Your phone will open MS Edge.
   5. Sign in with your TP UPN ID:
      • Example: Singh.01@apac.teleperformance.com
      • Example: Singh.01@apac.teleperformancedibs.com
   6. The MS Authenticator will verify your ID
      • Authenticator will verify your ID, Set your 6-digit login passcode.
   7. Welcome to the Workday App – enjoy your experience!

Note: We have shared TP UPN ID on your registered Mobile number via what’s app. Incase you may still face any challenge to access Workday, please contact IT Service Desk for assistance.
